how do you face a job interview in chinese? which forms of language and attitude do you adopt?

You need to keep smiling face during answer the questions.
Chinese and English bilingual is better.

What kind of job are your interviewing for? What type of company? Basically, I think you need to know basic Chinese. That you can at least communicate with Chinese. About attitude, just be yourself. But, you need to show that you're a reliable person. Sometimes foreigners are seen as not responsible here in China. Good luck with your interview!
