I am not quite sure on how to say "Please welcome our beloved leader." I am doing this for other a skit for other Chinese speakers and learners. It is a comedy and I would like to be able to say this the most appropriate way.
What I have figured out from my own knowledge is 清欢迎到我们的亲爱的领袖.Let me know if I have it wrong.
Sorry about using the wrong 请 I didn't proof read anything that I posted for this. I was tired and in a hurry. So, I guess that I did write the best way to say it; minus the extra 的.
It's basically correct as everyone will understand what are you trying to say, but“请欢迎我们亲爱的领袖”sounds more chinese to me.
清 literally means "clear", while 请 means "please".
(Maybe a typo of yours, I don't know)
The 的 after 我们 isn't necessary because there is another one placed after 亲爱 already. You can always ignore the first 的 with the immediate use of an adjective in sentences like this.
到 shouldn't be placed after 欢迎, as 欢迎 is already a transitive verb, so no additions are necessary..
“领袖”is seldom used in today's Chinese , it was used to address chairman of a state or a party in 1950's-1970's for political purpose.I think, maybe, who to be welcomed is just a “领导”.
As the others have already said, it is “请欢迎我们亲爱的领袖.”
What I want to add is that, depending on the situation, the word 请 may not be needed. In actual practice, the MC will just say, “欢迎我们亲爱的领袖,” and the crowd will follow suit.
